Dafnee Chatman (She/Her)
Louisiana State Manager
Dafnee Chatman is the Momvocate for all of Louisiana’s children.
As Louisiana State Manager at Save the Children Action Network, Dafnee advocates for bipartisan policies that improve the lives of children and families. Her work focuses on food access, family economic stability, and policy solutions that help families thrive.
As a mom of four, she is committed to ensuring that her story, and the stories of countless other families, are not just heard, but transformed into action.
Dafnee believes lived experience is expertise and that the people closest to the challenges should help shape the solutions.

We work to ensure that the issues critical to children’s lives and futures are given top priority by our elected leaders, building bipartisan support to make sure every child has a strong start in life. As a 501(c)(4), gifts made to SCAN are not tax deductible.
