Crystal Ellis is a mother, veteran and dynamic social and political advocate dedicated to doing purpose-driven work to transform the lives of children and families.
She has extensive experience in establishing external partnerships to positively drive change and build capacity.
Her community insight, ability to engage stakeholders and dedication to service make her an impactful leader.
Crystal currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her partner, their eight children and three dogs.

Jasmine Harris (She/Her)
Louisiana Senior Associate, Family Engagement
Over her career Jasmine has had many roles within higher education, including serving as a Family Engagement Specialist in Early Childhood Education for Calcasieu Parish School Board, and most recently as the Disaster Volunteer Coordinator for the Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church.
She graduated from McNeese State University and earned her Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Development from Northwestern State University.
Jasmine is a life-long resident of Louisiana and currently lives in the Southwest region with her loving husband and their four beautiful children.
When she’s not advocating for kids, she spends her time leading in various roles at her church.
