Check out the latest stories on our incredible volunteers!
1 in 7 children across the U.S. is living in poverty. Strengthening the Child Tax Credit (CTC) could change their lives. Improvements to the CTC helped slash child poverty by 50%. But if the current CTC is allowed to expire, millions of families will see their credit cut in half.
Since 2018, SCAN volunteers have sent more than 10,000 valentines and postcards urging lawmakers to Have a Heart and invest in kids’ futures.
